Our Story
Back in 2017, our founder Julia had spent years as a nearshore developer for major US corporations when she spotted a gap: incredible Latin American talent was out there, but companies struggled to find and integrate them effectively.
She gathered our key team members around one core belief—that exceptional talent combined with genuine cultural alignment creates something powerful. We don't just place people or develop products; we build lasting partnerships.
Eight years later, we've deployed 200+ engineers across 50+ projects, with many of our professionals working alongside the same clients for over five years.
